Les paragraphes concernant Me Raouf Gulbul, inscrits dans le rapport de la Commission d’enquête sur la drogue, présidée par l’ancien juge Paul Lam Shang Leen, doivent être supprimés dudit document. C’est ce qu’a ordonné la Cour suprême dans un jugement rendu ce mardi.

« We accordingly declare that all the impugned findings concerning the applicant which we have enumerated above and contained in pages 222 to 227 of the Report (…) are in breach of the law of evidence and the rules of natural justice and order that they be expunged from the said Report », réclament les juges Benjamin Maire Joseph et Lau Yuk Poon.
