La plainte constitutionnelle déposée en Cour suprême par le président de la SOEF, Rishiraj Persand, et le président de la Ministry of Health Employees Union, Amarjeet Seetohul, demandant à cette institution d’émettre un an Order to stay of the requirement to sign the Option Form pending the determination of the present matter, sera appelée ce lundi.
« By implementing only 50 percent of the recommended salary adjustment as from January 2026 and deferring the remainder to January 2027, the Defendants have unlawfully interfered with the Plaintiffs’ entitlement to the full remuneration recommended in the Report. The Plaintiffs therefore aver that the Defendants’ actions amount to an arbitrary interference with the Plaintiffs’ property rights », soutient une section de la plainte.
La date butoir pour la signature de l’Option Form est ce mercredi 18 mars.
