HEALTH & SAFETY: Un “prohibition order” servi à Dream Construction Ltd

Le ministère évoque également un « failure on the part of the employer to secure the scaffold at suitable vertical and horizontal distances to the structure on which work is being performed. Adequate lateral ties should have been fixed from the scaffold to the building structure ».
« This constitutes highly unsafe working conditions that may lead to serious injury to the workers in the event of a collapse. In view of the above, the Ministry has issued a Prohibition Order against the use of all scaffoldings present on that site until remedial measures are carried out to the satisfaction of the Ministry », indique le ministère du Travail.
