Maintain your oars in good trim,

and down the stream

never the same from moment
to moment, water dipped in
once not the same next time,

staying current,
paddling , remaining stagnant;
then there is always that tide
of refreshing and exciting news
with significance of some import
all neatly captioned , headlined.
