La direction de Caudan Development Ltd (CDL) s’apprête à rouvrir cette aile du centre commercial le mois prochain, et ce, après qu’elle ait été ravagée par un incendie, comme le confirme la direction dans son dernier bilan financier. « The opening of the newly renovated Barkly Wharf building scheduled for December 2022, we will be able to continue to deliver greater value to our shareholders and to respond to the challenges lying ahead. »
Pour le trimestre se terminant au 30 septembre dernier, CDL a engrangé des profits de Rs 22,2 millions, comparé à des pertes de Rs 3,1 millions pour la même période en 2021. Pour les prochains mois, la direction de CDL s’est fixée comme objectifs de « improving the tenant mix offering and enhancing the customer experience whilst at the same time monitoring closely its cost base to achieve operational efficiencies ».
