« There are clear lines of demarcation between the roles and responsibilities of the three institutions and there may be a risk that any amendments to the Equal Opportunities Act in order to enable the Equal Opportunities Commission to investigate into complaints regarding decisions made by the Public Service Commission would create an overlapping with the existing role of the Public Bodies Appeal Tribunal and this would not be in the public interest.  It is therefore not proposed to proceed with the amendments referred to in the Questions », a dit le Premier ministre.
