Le footballeur mauricien Lindsay Rose a quitté la Grèce pour rejoindre le club polonais de Legia Warsaw, a-t-il annoncé sur les réseaux sociaux le vendredi 2 juillet.
Legia Warsaw jouera les barrages de la Champions League le 7 juillet prochain.
Sur les réseaux sociaux, Lindsay Rose a écrit que « today a new chapter is about to start, it’s time for me to discover a new horizon… And it is under the color of Legia Warsow (…) that I am honored to join with pride and humility my new team ! »
Il concède que « it is with emotion that I close this two and a half years spent in Aris Salonique », en Grèce. « Beyond a team, I found in Aris a Family. The Aris Family », ajoute-t-il.
Le défenseur mauricien est également reconnaissant envers son ancienne équipe. « I want to thanks all the fans, my teammates and friends, my coaches and staff, and my president @theodorkaripidis. I am grateful for the confidence you have place to me ».
Désormais, un nouveau chapitre commence pour lui, avec le premier tour des barrages de la Champions League débutant le 7 juillet.
