« It is an utter disgrace for the public service today that, after having been remunerated over the past six years, the PRB has come up with an empty report, one that does not ventilate the policy of your government to revamp the public service, enhance efficiency and producivity », écrit Narendranath Gopee.

« In view of the weakness running through the entire report, this Federation is of the the view that the PRB cannot work out its own Errors, Omissions and Anomalies Report. In this context, kind request is made to you to appoint an independent person to carry out the review exercise », conclut le président de la FCSOU dans la lettre.
