Poem for International Women’s Day

Realistically Hers

- Publicité -

Bangles gone,
Clichés-crash,
Hair up to century’s taste!

Mind of books,
Heart of lofty yarn,
Pockets of paintbrushes
burning taboos!

Feminine names
carved on each deeper step
shine, dazzle your eyes.

Do you recognize her?
