Vital Care Co Ltd, représentée par le Dr Mohammad Anwar Husnoo, envisage d’établir une clinique privée à Sodnac, Quatre-Bornes. Le projet serait développé sur un terrain situé à l’Avenue des Tulipes. C’est ce qui laisse voir que Zooberr Joomaye, avec ses cliniques, suscite de la convoitise.
« Vital Care Co Ltd, hereby refers as the Proponent and being represented by Dr the Hon.Mohammad Anwar Husnoo, is planning to set up a private clinic at Sodnac, Quatre-Bornes. The project will be developed on a plot of land of about 3,193.35 situated in Avenue Tulipes. The land is freehold, belonging to Mr and Mrs Husnoo. It is a flat plot of land under shrubs and does not have any particular encumbrance », explique, entre autres, un document qui vient d’être déposé au ministère de l’Environnement.
Ce projet de clinique évoque que le promoteur est à la recherche actuellement d’un certificat EIA auprès du ministère de l’Environnement. Au cas où celui-ci est approuvé, la nouvelle clinique offrira alors une série de services médicaux. « The Quatre Bornes Medical Centre (QBMC) is a purposefully built multidisciplinary clinic which will eventually provide 80 beds to cater for the medical needs of the inhabitants of upper and lower Plaines Wilhems and eventually to serve the population across the island. This clinic will complement the service provided by the government. With the improvement of the socioeconomic condition of the Mauritian population, there is an expectation, on the part of the population to have a higher standard of medical care. The clinic aims to contribute to bring about this improved service », indique encore le dossier.
